I can't seem to find Sincerely Yours (November 1955) ANYWHERE in the listings and I went through the entire @#$%ing list twice... From the looks of the omission...it could be in the public domain...but I'll need more to go on...

I'm really looking for this one and if it is indeed PD...PLEASE put it in here...for it's the most unintentional comedy that Hollywood ever produced...

Which listings are you referring to?

Original filing is here:
SINCERELY YOURS. International Artists.
Released by Warner Bros. Pictures. 115
min., sd., color, 35mm. Warnercolor. Based
on a play by Irving Wallace. International
Artists, Ltd.; 26Nov55; LP8141.

Renewal online at

cocatalog.loc.gov

Sincerely yours; motion picture. By International Artists, Ltd.
Type of Work: Motion Picture
Registration Number / Date: RE0000184316 / 1983-11-08
Renewal registration for: LP0000008141 / 1955-11-26
Title: Sincerely yours; motion picture. By International Artists, Ltd.
Copyright Claimant: Liberace B, A (PWH)
Variant title: Sincerely yours

Even if it hadn't been renewed you would have needed to check the PD status of the play that it is based on to see if it is copyrighted.
